Medical Receptionist Job Opening

Our busy ophthalmology practice, on the north-west side of Chicago, is seeking a full-time, medical receptionist, with excellent customer service skills, sales experience, and a strong ability to multitask (bi-lingual and Optical experience a plus, but not required). This position requires organization, teamwork, and the natural ability to be warm and compassionate to our patients. Daily duties include: data entry, registering patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, preparing charts, providing general information, collecting fees, and mailing out information. This position is accountable and liable for all daily duties; attention to detail is extremely important. The ideal applicant enjoys working in an extremely fast-paced environment, has a take-charge attitude, and the desire to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
